Dr. Ronald Turco supports a variety of community organizations, and is active in numerous outdoors activities. He is a member of the Mazamas, a non-profit mountaineering education organization, and serves on their First Aid committee.

An avid horseback rider, Ron is a member of Oregon Equestrian Trails and enjoys horse camping, as well as riding and showing both English and Western Pleasure.

Dr. Turco is also actively engaged in Human Rights and Social issues, chairing a committee of the American Academy of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychiatry.

Through his service with the Returning Veterans Resource Project N.W., he provides volunteer treatment to returning U.S. soldiers.
