Dr. Ronald Turco is a consulting psychiatrist in Portland, Oregon. His practice is focused on three primary areas:

• The treatment of combat-related stress disorders and post traumatic stress disorder.

• The treatment of unresolved grief reactions (complicated bereavement), child loss, and depression.

• The psychiatric treatment of physical injuries—amputations, burns, crush injuries, body dysmorphism and disfigurement, and serious physical illnesses and sexual abuse.

 Dr. Turco's emphasis is on psychotherapy and the minimal use of medications in treatment.
